OMEX Whoopie Slings

Whoopie slings are designed for knotless rigging applications.

On one end of the sling is a fixed sized eye which holds your hardware in place the other eye is fully adjustable. As one end of the rope passes through the core of the sling, when the load is applied the outer sheaf becomes tight and firm around the rope inside. You can quickly set all hardware without tying any knots thanks to its specialised design. Slack must be kept to an absolute minimum

Manufactured from STEIN OMEX-12 a 12-strand single braid rope that offers high strength with low stretch and outstanding abrasion resistance. OMEX has a two end per carrier construction which creates a larger void in the middle of the rope which makes it easier to splice. The coating helps reduces the new ropes tendency to snag, greatly enhances abrasion resistance.
