OMEX Loopie Slings

Loopie Slings are adjustable continuous loop slings made from 12-strand single braid rope that makes knotless rigging possible. As one end of the rope passes through the core of the sling, when the load is applied the outer braid becomes tight and firm around the rope inside. You can quickly set all hardware without tying any knots thanks to its specialised design. Slack must be kept to an absolute minimum.

NEVER USE IN STRAIGHT LOOP FORMATION ONLY USE IN A CHOCKED CONFIGURATION - Always centre the chocked loop to the centre of the spliced area.

Manufactured from STEIN OMEX-12 a 12-strand single braid rope that offers high strength with low stretch and outstanding abrasion resistance. OMEX has a two end per carrier construction which creates a larger void in the middle of the rope which makes it easier to splice. The coating helps reduces the new ropes tendency to snag, greatly enhances abrasion resistance.
